Rayno was founded by Claire after years working across will writing firms, solicitors, and consultancy businesses.
She saw the same problems everywhere.
Overcomplicated processes, outdated systems, clients passed from person to person.
So she built something different.
A modern estate planning business that puts people first, uses smart systems, and delivers clear advice without the faff.
The Story Behind Rayno
Rayno was born out of both passion and purpose.
Rayno exists to modernise will writing and estate planning, raise industry standards, and put people back at the heart of the process.
Estate planning should not be confusing or transactional. So I built Rayno to strip away the jargon and bring estate planning back down to earth.
The name Rayno is personal. It combines my late mum’s name, Rae, and my son’s name, Noah; my two biggest inspirations.
One represents the legacy of the past, the other the future we’re building. Together, they remind me every day why raising standards matters.
